The Hungarian Talent Research and Development Association was established on January 25, 2020, with the aim of working for a noble cause in Hungary.
The association's goals are as follows:

Assisting young people in their preventive self-cultivation and education, so
that they can develop and maintain their physical, mental, and spiritual
health, and thus become valuable members of society.

The association primarily aims to provide assistance to every Hungarian youth in:

- Developing a responsible mindset and broadening their intellectual

Erika Farkas
After completing my studies, I began my career in Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén County as a social and secretarial officer. Following that, I worked as an educational coordinator in a regional association, where I assisted the work of educational institutions. Later, I served as the executive secretary of a social and methodological institution. Subsequently, I was involved in the activities of a small-town foundation, where, as part of a multi-year program, we engaged in supporting disadvantaged children and students. Here, I was responsible for overseeing the tasks of professional advisors, evaluating applications, coordinating and supervising administrative duties. My subsequent work was running a company where I engaged in consulting and had gained exposure to the commercial sector. Afterward, I worked in a subsidiary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade as a deputy director of education, where we focused on employee training. Later, I had the opportunity to work in a sports-related company as a cofounder, HR, and financial manager. Throughout my career, I gained experience in various fields, which I can apply as the president of the association.
