The Hungarian Talent Research and Development Association was\nestablished on January 25, 2020, with the aim of working for a noble\ncause in Hungary.<\/strong><\/p>\n\t

The association's goals are as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n– tehets\u00e9gkiv\u00e1laszt\u00e1s,
\n– mentor\u00e1l\u00e1s,
\n– oktat\u00e1sfejleszt\u00e9s,
\n– kultur\u00e1lis szem\u00e9letform\u00e1l\u00e1s,

\n– innov\u00e1ci\u00f3s technol\u00f3gi\u00e1k bevezet\u00e9se, n\u00e9pszer\u0171s\u00edt\u00e9se.\nA fiatalok prevenci\u00f3s \u00f6nm\u0171vel\u00e9s\u00e9nek \u00e9s nevel\u00e9s\u00e9nek seg\u00edt\u00e9se annak \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben, hogy a

The association primarily aims to provide assistance to every Hungarian\nyouth in:<\/strong><\/p>\n– p\u00e1lyav\u00e1laszt\u00e1sban,

Ezt k\u00f6vet\u0151en oktat\u00e1si koordin\u00e1tork\u00e9nt tev\u00e9kenykedtem egy kist\u00e9rs\u00e9gi t\u00e1rsul\u00e1sban, ahol oktat\u00e1si int\u00e9zm\u00e9nyek szakmai munk\u00e1j\u00e1t seg\u00edtettem. Majd
\nigazgat\u00f3i titk\u00e1rs\u00e1gvezet\u0151 voltam egy szoci\u00e1lis \u00e9s m\u00f3dszertani int\u00e9zm\u00e9nyben. K\u00e9s\u0151bb egy
\nkisv\u00e1rosi alap\u00edtv\u00e1ny \u00e9let\u00e9ben vettem r\u00e9szt, ahol egy t\u00f6bb \u00e9ves program keret\u00e9ben
\nt\u00e1mogathattunk h\u00e1tr\u00e1nyos helyzet\u0171 gyermekeket, tanul\u00f3kat. Itt tan\u00e1csad\u00f3k szakmai
\nfeladatainak ellen\u0151rz\u00e9s\u00e9vel, p\u00e1ly\u00e1zatok elb\u00edr\u00e1l\u00e1s\u00e1val, koordin\u00e1ci\u00f3val \u00e9s adminisztrat\u00edv
\nfeladatok ellen\u0151rz\u00e9s\u00e9vel foglalkoztam. Tov\u00e1bbi munk\u00e1m egy c\u00e9g \u00fcgyvezet\u00e9se volt ahol
\ntan\u00e1csad\u00e1ssal \u00e9s kereskedelmi ter\u00fcleten is tev\u00e9kenykedtem. Ezut\u00e1n a K\u00fclgazdas\u00e1gi \u00e9s
\nK\u00fcl\u00fcgyminiszt\u00e9rium h\u00e1tt\u00e9rint\u00e9zm\u00e9ny\u00e9ben dolgoztam, mint oktat\u00e1si igazgat\u00f3 helyettes, ahol munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3k k\u00e9pz\u00e9s\u00e9vel foglalkoztunk. K\u00e9s\u0151bb egy sporttal kapcsolatos c\u00e9gben
\ndolgozhattam c\u00e9gtulajdonosk\u00e9nt, HR- \u00e9s gazdas\u00e1gi vezet\u0151k\u00e9nt.
\nMunk\u00e1im sor\u00e1n tapasztalatot szerezhettem t\u00f6bb ter\u00fcleten is, melyet az egyes\u00fclet munk\u00e1j\u00e1ban kamatoztatni tudok eln\u00f6kk\u00e9nt.\n
